The new handsets are on sale as of 8am (London time) on September 29, and will be available from a number of outlets.
These include Apple’s own retail stores, Apple’s website, UK network providers, and technology retailers.
The phones have been available to pre-order since September 12, so a lucky few managed to get their hands on a device ahead of the official release date. Alright for some, eh?
iPhone 6S & iPhone 6S Plus SIM-free price
Here are the SIM-free prices for Apple’s new smartphones, as listed on the official Apple website:

- iPhone 6S Plus 16GB – £619
- iPhone 6S Plus 64GB – £699

iPhone 6S & iPhone 6S Plus colour options
There are four new iPhone colour options available, specifically space grey, silver, gold, and the new rose gold (read: pink).
It’s worth noting that not all third-party retailers will be offering all of these colours, so bear that in mind when making your decision.

Carphone Warehouse – iPhone 6S price and deals
Carphone Warehouse is selling Apple’s new smartphones through deals with a range of network operators, including Vodafone, O2, EE, and iD.
The retailer is also selling the iPhone 6S SIM-free in 16GB and 64GB variants, but only in space grey and silver colour options.
There are no details about a SIM-free iPhone 6S Plus currently on the Carphone Warehouse website.
It's worth noting that Carphone Warehouse also offers a service called Pin Point, which personalises and recommends deals for you based on your budget, data usage, and the area you live in (for network coverage purposes).
EE – iPhone 6S price and deals
EE is offering both the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus with LTE-A (4G+) and Wi-Fi Calling.
The iPhone 6S 16GB version starts at £49.99, tying you into a £49.99 per month contract for 24 months. That’s on the 4GB EE Extra Plan.
If you’re an existing customer, you won’t need to pay the upfront cost for the that deal.
The iPhone 6S Plus 16GB model starts at £69.99, as part of a 24-month contract at £54.99 per month. That’s on the 10GB EE Extra Plan.
For existing customers, the upfront cost for that particular plan reduces to £49.99.
giffgaff – iPhone 6S price and deals
You can pick up an iPhone 6S from giffgaff as part of a 24 month contract for £23.54 a month. That’s based on a £25 upfront payment.
The iPhone 6S Plus costs £25 upfront on a 24 month contract, with a monthly fee of £27.20.
O2 – iPhone 6S price and deals
With O2, you can get an iPhone 6S with 16GB of storage for a £9.99 upfront fee.
However, it’ll cost you a further £54 each month, giving you unlimited texts and minutes, as well as 30GB of data.
The cheapest iPhone 6S Plus you can buy from O2 will cost you £9.99 a month with a £51 per month fee.
That gets you 3GB of data, plus unlimited texts and minutes each month.

Tesco Mobile – iPhone 6S price and deals
Tesco Mobile has confirmed a number of iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus deals.
The entry tariff for the iPhone 6S 16GB version is £42 per month, with no upfront cost.
That plan gives you 5,000 minutes, 5,000 texts, and 3GB of data on a 24 month plan.
Also on offer is the iPhone 6S Plus 16GB, which has no upfront cost and will set you back £46 per month over 24 months.
As before, the plan gives you 5,000 minutes, 5,000 texts, and 3GB of data.
Three – iPhone 6S price and deals
Three is also offering both new iPhones in a range of size variants on a number of data plans.
The iPhone 6S 16GB version on Three’s network starts at £99 upfront plus a £38 per month fee over 24 months. That gives you 1GB of data and unlimited minutes.
The iPhone 6S Plus 16GB model is also available at £99 upfront, although the per-month cost rises to £43 over 24 months – 1GB of data and unlimited minutes included.
Vodafone – iPhone 6S price and deals
Vodafone is selling both the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, offering the two handsets with Wi-Fi Calling.
The cheapest deal you can bag from Vodafone is an iPhone 6S on a 4G bundle for £36 per month – that’s with a £149 upfront cost. That gets you 500 minutes, 500MB of data, and unlimited texts each month.
If you don’t want to pay an upfront fee, you can also get an iPhone 6S on the 6GB Red Bundle as part of a 24-month contract. That’s £49 a month, and gets you unlimited calls, texts, and 6GB of data.
The cheapest you can get an iPhone 6S Plus for is £41 per month with a £169 upfront fee – that gives you 500 minutes, unlimited texts, and 500MB of data.
You can also get the handset for a £9 upfront fee on either 10Gb or 20GB plans – priced at £59 and £65 per month respectively.
