The 3D scanner meanwhile could be used to add ‘any object at hand’ to the work surface for it be be scanned and even added to the picture being worked on.
Recode says the Sprout PC will run Windows, but a Chrome OS iteration could follow, while adding it’ll be aimed at businesses that want to better inform their customers’ purchasing decisions.
For example, fashion retailers showing how consumers would look in an item or clothing or decorating stores demonstrating using a photo of a room to show how it would look with a new coat of pain.
The report says it’ll be one of a host of products the new HP intends to show off in New York on October 29.
The company recently split in two, promising new computing experiences as part of a drive to bounce back from the recent slowing of the PC industry.
