With 70 hours of live cycling to be shown during the event, there's plenty of action still to come, and we've got all the information you need to stay up to date.

It's easy to watch online. ITV has the rights to show the event until 2019, so this year, all the coverage is being shown on ITV 4.

Which means you can watch live online by heading over to the ITV Hub during the coverage and hitting the play button. It's as simple as that.

Coverage started on Saturday, and has been scheduled until Thursday, with the live programme showing in the day time and a highlights programme in the evenings between 7pm and 8pm. Here's the full ITV 4 schedule:

Monday 4

Live: 2pm-4.30pm, highlights: 7pm-8pm

Tuesday 5

Live: 2pm-4.30pm, highlights: 7pm-8pm

Wednesday 6

Live: 2pm-4.30pm, highlights: 7pm-8pm

Thursday 7

If you happen to miss any of the above, you can also use the ITV hub as a catch-up service.

Those looking to watch the coverage on their mobile will have to download the ITV hub app, which can be found using the following links:
