Horizon Zero Dawn for PS4 announced by Guerrilla Games

Guerilla Games has officially announced a new IP for the PS at Sony’s E3 press conference

Delivering its first game since PS4 launch title Killzone Mercenary, Guerilla Games has unveiled this third person title which sees you play a female lead set in the future inhabited by robotic wildlife.

In the announcement video we were treated to a series of beautiful landscapes before being introduced to our red haired protagonist before she tackled her way through huge dinosaur-looking bot.

Like Mercenary, the environments look visually stunning athough it’s not whether an open or closed world. You’ll clearly be able to plenty of roaming and the combat system looks and slick and sophisticated as the Killzone games albeit in the third person.

Horizon Zero Dawn is launching in 2016 and it looks likely to be a PS4 exclusive when it does finally land.

Hopefully we’ll get to see more of it n the E3 showroom floors later this week.
