Hitman episode 3 release date to be announced next week

The release date for Hitman’s upcoming third episode will be announced next week, IO Interactive has confirmed.

Hitman’s third episode, Marrakesh, is currently expected to launch later this month, although a delay to June is looking likely at this point.

The release date announcement will be accompanied by a new Elusive Target for Hitman’s second episode, Sapienza.

Elusive Targets are unique missions where you will have only one opportunity to eliminate your target. If you fail, it is impossible to retry. Oh, and you only have 48 hours to succeed.

IO Interactive plans to release all Hitman episodes digitally in 2016, with a physical version to come in 2017.

So far we’ve been loving Agent 47’s latest adventures, describing them “as something very special indeed” in our review.
