Hideous keyboard case for Galaxy S6 Edge+ reportedly leaks

Samsung is expected to launch a ‘roided up version of its Galaxy S6 Edge at the Unpacked next week, but an accompanying keyboard case? Not so much.

Master leak artist Evan Blass has caused raised eyebrows on Friday afternoon, by posting a snap of a heinous-looking keyboard case for Galaxy S6 Edge+

The handset is shown rocking a slide-on case over the lower third, which would enable S6 Edge+ users to utilise a physical keyboard.

So outlandish is the purported accessory’s appearance, we have to question whether the usually rock solid @Evleaks has been had this time around.

While there is a desire among smartphone traditionalists to see the return of a physical keyboard, it’s probably not strong enough to want to ruin the aesthetic of their £600 handset.

Let’s just say it’d be a surprise to see the SamBerry case revealed at the Unpacked event on August 13.

During the New York City presentation Samsung is also expected to reveal the next-gen Galaxy Note 5, which has also been the subject of plentiful leaks in recent weeks and months.

Samsung is also likely to announce its first round-faced smartwatch the Gear A (codenamed Orbis), with a brand new UI and rotating bezel.

We’ll have full coverage of the event so keep it locked to TrustedReviews next Thursday.
