Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless Speaker announced

Harman Kardon has announced the newest addition of its Go + Play speaker range, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless compact portable speaker.

In-built with Harman TrueStream technology, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless can connect wirelessly to devices like smartphones, tablets and PCs via a Bluetooth connection, pumping music through its two Atlas woofers and Ridge tweeters.

Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless Features
The audio expert behind the critically acclaimed SoundSticks speakers, Harman Kardon has launched a new Bluetooth streaming speaker, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless.

The portable speaker is capable of delivering what Harman Kardon describes as a “rich, full-spectrum” audio experience, streaming music from any Bluetooth-enabled device through its inbuilt speaker system made up of two Atlas woofers and two Ridge tweeters.

Intelligent EQ technology is built into the wireless speaker to help improve room-filling stereo sound, even when operating on battery power rather than an AC connection.

Using the Harman TrueStream technology, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless aims to deliver the best streaming experience by selecting the best available codec and addressing any reductions in quality through signal processing. For easy connectivity, the device can store up to 8 devices in its memory ensuring users only have to pair their devices once.

Bluetooth connectivity aside, the Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless offers a USB charging port to power smart devices when the speaker is plugged into an AC connection and other audio device can be connected via a 3.5mm stereo input jack.

The Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless can also be controlled using the Harmon Kardon Remote app, providing increased music browsing options and displays the cover art for the currently playing track. The app can be downloaded for free to iOS devices like the iPhone 5 and iPad Mini via the Apple App Store.

Harman Kardon Go + Play Wireless Release Date and Price
The Harman Kardon Go Play Wireless will hit UK stores at the end of the March, with a price tag of £279.99. The portable speaker will be available in black or white colour options, both with the distinctive stainless steel elements.
