GTA 5 PC delay explained
Rockstar Games has explained why the GTA 5 PC delay is a necessary evil, despite the mass of very cross gamers.
When the release dates for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC editions of GTA 5 were announced last week, gamers were beyond disappointed to hear that the PC version wouldn’t arrive until January 27 2015.
The PS4 and Xbox One editions will be released on November 18, but PC gamers will be forced to wait an additional two months for their copies.
“We’re glad to see so many of you are excited for the upcoming release of the new versions of GTA 5 and we look forward to sharing more details with you soon,” said Rockstar.
Rockstar Games has taken to the comments section of the announcement story on the Rockstar News Wire to attempt to ease PC gamers’ pain.

We doubt that this additional development time explanation will soothe gamers that much, but at least you can guarantee GTA 5 will be awesome on PC – especially as it will arrive 16 months after the original.
In addition to the increased draw distances and higher resolution gameplay, the revamped versions of GTA 5 include new activities, weapons and vehicles, denser traffic and a new foliage system. You will also notice enhanced weather effects and damage.
As for GTA Online, you can expect increased player counts and support for online play for up to 30 players on the Xbox One and PS4.
