Grow Home, Twisted Metal and more coming to Playstation Plus next month

Grow Home joins the Playstation Plus lineup for September after winning the very first Vote To Play shortlist.

Sony has announced the Playstation Plus lineup for September, and it seems we are in for a treat next month.

After launching their “Vote To Play” campaign last month, Playstation gamers decided upon Grow Home as their free PS4 title for September, a title previously only available on PC.

If the title you voted for didn’t make the cut, don’t panic! Sony has made it clear that Playstation Plus members will be entitled to a 30% discount on both titles until September 15.

Other games in the September line-up include Super Time Force Ultra,Twisted Metal and Xeodrifter.

You can check out the full list below:

  • Grow Home (PS4)
  • Super Time Force Ultra (PS4 and PS Vita)
  • Xeodrifter (PS4 and PS Vita)
  • Teslagrad (PS4 and PS Vita)
  • La-Mulana (PS Vita)
  • Twisted Metal (PS3)

Keep in mind that this is also your last chance to take advantage of this month’s offerings, so grab them from the Playstation Store whilst you still can.

Here’s a quick reminder of last month’s lineup, which will be available until early September:

  • Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (PS4)
  • Limbo (PS4)
  • God of War Ascension (PS3)
  • Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones (PS3, PS4, PS Vita)
  • Castlestorm Complete Edition (PS Vita and PS3)
  • Sound Shapes (PS3, PS4, PS Vita)

It will be interesting to see how long it will take Sony to reveal the next candidates for its Vote To Play programme, and whether it will continue to populate it with new indie releases.

Sony recently announced that it will be giving players who sign up the option to beta test future firmware updates, something Microsoft has been doing for months with its Dashboard Preview Programme
