Google may finally be set to roll out a Material Design revamp for its popular YouTube video service.

Material Design is the design language Google introduced almost two years ago. The company has since set about updating its apps and software to adopt the fresh look.

However, one of the company's biggest pieces of software, YouTube, has remained untouched by Material Design. That could be set to change, however.

Android Police has discovered that Google is testing a new Material Design look for its online video service. It seems to be available only to a small group of users in the US at present, but it seems clear that Google will roll it out to the masses in time.
