Go hands on with the Galaxy S6 at Samsung’s UK stores from Saturday

Samsung will give Brits pondering a Galaxy S6 purchase the chance to try out the device for themselves from this weekend, at one of the firm’s UK stores.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge variant don’t go on sale until April 10, but they’ll be on show at the Samsung Experience Stores in the UK from Saturday.

Potential shoppers will be able to play around with the devices from March 14, almost four weeks before they can purchase the handsets.

SamMobile editor Faryaab Sheikh tweeted: “The Galaxy S6 and S6 edge will be available for people to experience starting this Saturday 14th March at all SESs in the UK. #TheNextGalaxy”

The initiative displays plenty of confidence from Samsung as it prepares for its most important mobile launch in years.

It’ll give users plenty of time to sample the S6 and S6 Edge before the rival HTC One M9 device goes on sale on March 31.

Samsung has nine Experience Stores in the UK with locations in Bournemouth, Bradford, Bristol, Cardiff, Liverpool, London, Manchester and two stores in Newcastle.
