Forza Motorsport 6 Apex gameplay footage leaked

A supposed video showing gameplay footage of Forza Motorsport 6’s upcoming free-to-play ‘Apex’ version has leaked.

Apex is set to come to PC some time this summer, and the video footage below shows off the extensive customisation options players could have when it comes to tweaking graphics settings.

The video also shows some of the tracks that will be on offer, including Britain’s Brands Hatch, Belgium’s Spa, the Yas Marina circuit and Sebring as well as the Top Gear test track. Each track will also have each of its many variations to race on, too.

The video then goes through the many cars available in the game, which appear to require ‘Forza Medals’ in order to be unlocked, presumably this currency can be earned in the game through races, accumulating a certain number of which will unlock the next tier of cars. Players seem to also have the option to unlock cars early, probably by paying real money for them. How much each car could cost wasn’t revealed in the footage.

Once your car is selected, you still have the same extensive customisation options in terms of decals.

Take a look at the video below, which includes a run around the Top Gear test track on a rainy day:

Forza Motorsport 6 Apex is still yet to be officially announced, but is expected to come to Windows 10 this summer.
