At E3 2016 EA Sports served up the first look at FIFA 2017 and now, a week later, we’ve got our first indication of whether one of the game’s most iconic teams will be any good.
Leaked footage of the game, showing a match between Manchester United and Paris St. Germain appeared on YouTube before being pulled due to a copyright claim.
During a pause in the game, the United team rankings briefly appeared on screen, which were captured in the screen grab shown above.

If genuine, United’s best ranked player is goalkeeper David De Gea who earns an 87 from EA Sports’ crack team.
However, despite crashing onto the scene at the back end of last season and earning a place in England’s Euro 2016 squad, striker Marcus Rashford only earns a 71.
We’re not so sure about that 83 rating for England centre back Chris Smalling though.
Traditionally EA Sports releases the official rankings in September as anticipation builds towards the release of the game. Usually, they’re subject of much debate among fans and players.
Back in February, Leicester striker Jamie Vardy celebrated being updated form 71 to 75 by destroying his old ranking card.
