Mario Galaxy could be coming to the Nintendo Wii U Virtual Console, according to a new rating by the ESRB.
Found by Nintendo Life, the new rating suggests that the platforming classic could be coming to the Wii U.
Super Mario Galaxy 2 came to the system’s Virtual Console earlier this year, alongside Metroid Prime Trilogy and Xenoblade Chronicles.

We shouldn’t expect any significant graphical upgrades or changes with this release though, as it’s likely a straight port of the original game.
Super Mario Galaxy 2 launched for the Wii U as a straight-forward port running at a 480p resolution, with no noticeable improvements.
If you already own a physical copy of the original game you can just pop it in your Wii U and play it that way.
Super Mario Galaxy is a modern masterpiece, so it’s definitely worth giving it a go if you haven’t already,
