England vs Scotland Live: Watch the 2018 Six Nations Calcutta Cup online for free

Jump right back into the Six Nations rugby with our guide to live streaming England vs Scotland in the 2018 Calcutta Cup. Here’s how to watch this weekend’s big match online for free, plus the England vs Scotland kick-off time, TV channel, and date.

England vs Scotland is set for Saturday February 24 (that’s today!) with both teams fresh from a week’s break.

Eddie Jones’ England claimed a tight 12-6 victory against Wales at Twickenham in their last match, after a controversial decision negated a Gareth Anscombe try. Still, England showed their attacking prowess in the opening stages of the match, scoring two quick tries through Johnny May before being besieged by Wales in the second-half.

Scotland, meanwhile, will be in a jubilant mood as they face England at the Murrayfield off the back of a thrilling win over France. France had seemed the initial favourites, with two tries coming courtesy of the buoyant Teddy Thomas, but Scotland came back with great strength of character to grind out a 32-26 win over the French – an incredible 22 points coming via the boot of Greig Laidlaw.

So while England might be heavy favourites, they will have to be wary of Scotland if they want to continue their winning streak and claim the Calcutta Cup.

The match will kick-off at 4:45pm GMT at Murrayfield and will be shown on the BBC. Therefore, a free England vs Scotland live stream is available through BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sports app, provided you’re a UK TV license holder.
