Bethesda has confirmed the Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited will arrive for PS4 and Xbox One on June 9.

The MMO Elder Scrolls Online will finally arrive for Xbox One and PS4 in a new guise – Tamriel Unlimited.

Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited will include everything from the PC and Mac, but also all the updates and downloadable content released so far.

Plus, anyone who wants to play Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on their PS4 or Xbox One won’t have to pay a monthly subscription fee.

Of course, you will need a PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold account to access the game, due to the online multiplayer access required.

Anyone who pre-order the Elder Scrolls Online for consoles will have their orders transferred over to the new Tamriel Unlimited edition.

Tamriel Unlimited is also coming to PC and Mac too.

However, any existing PC and Mac users will get the update for free on March 17. All you’ll need to do is update your client after logging in.

Bethesda is also launching a new paid service called ESO Plus. It will be offered on rolling 30-, 90- and 180-day subscriptions.

Any ESO Plus subscribers will get full access to all download content, a monthly allowance of Crowns – the Elder Scrolls Online in-game currency – bonuses to experience earned and gold acquired, and other benefits.

“We have made numerous changes to the game over the past year, and are confident this is a game that Elder Scrolls fans will love to play,” said Matt Firor, Game Director on Elder Scrolls Online. “Players can explore Tamriel with friends, battle creatures, craft, fish, steal or siege. The choice is theirs. The game offers hundreds of hours of gameplay with unlimited adventures with one single game purchase.”
