EE launches new international call plans
EE has announced new international calling packs and add-ons that let customers call both mobiles and landlines from their handsets.
The packs, International and International Extra, are aimed at customers who make frequent calls to friends or family overseas.
Customers using the new deals can call the mobiles and landlines of up to a maximum of five numbers per month.
The company says that no app, calling card, or extra SIM is required to take advantage of the calling plans.
International will offer 1,000 minutes to up to five numbers in 50 countries for £10 a month.
International Extra, provides 500 minutes to up to five numbers in 100 countries for £20 a month.
Some of the countries included in the deals are Australia, India, Ireland, France, China and USA and calls can cost as little as 1p per minute.

Both new and upgrading customers can sign up to the new packs within three months of their plans starting.
Those who sign up before December 1 will get 50% extra allowance per month, meaning the International pack increases to 1,500 minutes and International Extra provides 750 minutes.
