Sony has confirmed that the Dualshock 4 will not be compatible with all PlayStation VR titles when it launches this October.
Earlier this month the company released a statement to Eurogamer claiming that all PlayStation VR games will work with the PS4 controller.
This statement has since been reversed, with Sony telling The Verge that some games will require additional peripherals such as the PlayStation Move.
"Nearly all PlayStation VR titles will support DualShock 4 controllers, and several games will deliver an enhanced experience that further immerses gamers with the use of peripherals such as Move or the recently announced Aim controller. There will be a limited number of titles that require Move controllers”

Developer Owlchemy Labs has confirmed that its title, Job Simulator, will require two Move controllers to be played on PlayStation VR.
The same could be said for a number of experiences that try something unique or unorthodox in virtual reality, just like Valve’s HTC Vive headset.
Playstation VR is set to launch on October 13, 2016 for $349/£399.
