Dragon Age: Inquisition GOTY Edition announced

Dragon Age: Inquisition Game of the Year Edition coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC this October

Electronic Arts and Bioware have announced a Game of the Year Edition for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

The package will include the 2014 RPG and all major downloadable content, including the latest DLC, Trespasser.

All of the goodies previously available in the Deluxe Edition of the game will also come with the bundle.

This includes all weapons, armour and mounts, alongside the Spoils of Avaar and Spoils of Qunari add-on packs.

Unfortunately for PS3 and 360 owners, the Game of the Year Edition will not be available on last generation platforms.

Electronic Arts said in July 2015 that all future downloadable content for Dragon Age: Inquisition would not be coming to PS3 or 360.

Bioware designed a “save importer” to encourage players to migrate to newer platforms without losing their progress.

Inquisition’s latest piece of downloadable content, Trespasser, was released earlier this month for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Trespasser acts as an epilogue to Inquisition’s main story, closing up loose plot threads and character arcs.

It also teases what the future may hold for the Dragon Age franchise.

Dragon Age: Inquisition Game of the Year Edition will launch on October 6 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
