It’s 2017, and if you haven’t hopped on the 4K bandwagon yet, now is probably the time to upgrade your TV to Ultra HD.
With HDR (High Dynamic Range) becoming the big TV tech of the moment, 4K TVs are getting cheaper by the week, and there’s a load of options on the market at this point.
One of which is the 49-inch LG 49UH650V 4K TV, which is currently discounted over at Argos’ online store to a very reasonable £469.
The set usually goes for well over £500, with some sellers offering the same product for around the £600 mark, making this a deal worth snapping up if you’ve got the cash.
LG has provided its webOS platform with the 4K 9UH650V, allowing you to watch Freeview Play, catch up TV, and access on-demand entertainment services.

That also means the LED set comes with BBC iPlayer, Now TV, Netflix, Demand 5, Amazon, and Wuaki built-in, for all your binge-watching needs.
We haven’t reviewed this particular TV, but LG generally has a good record in the TV department, and the 55EG960V was stunning TV, so we’re expecting this 49-inch set to provide some top visuals.

We’re not sure how long Argos plans to keep the price this low, so it’s worth checking out the deal as soon as possible if you’re tempted.
