Niantic has finally revealed the leaders of Pokemon GO’s three unique teams: Instinct, Mystic and Valor.
The three new characters were revealed during Niantic’s Panel at San Diego Comic Con this past weekend.
Since the game’s launch each team’s leader has been represented by a plain black silhouette, meaning this is the first time we’ve seen them in the flesh.

Team Valor is helmed by Candela, Team Mystic has Blanche, and Team Instinct is led by Spark.

Upon reaching level 5 in Pokemon GO you are given the choice of three unique teams, one of which you will represent at the hundreds of gyms that inhabit the world you explore.
In addition to revealing the leaders of each team, Niantic also discussed some of the features it has planned for Pokemon GO in the future.
Some of these include Pokemon Centers, facilities that can be used to heal and store some of the Pokemon you have collected.
Unfortunately for hardcore players, the ability to swap Pokemon with other trainers will have to wait until servers have stabilised under the currently hefty load.

Pokemon GO has proven to be a worldwide phenomenon since launching earlier this month, attracting tens of millions of downloads on both iOS and Android devices.
