British teen wins $250,000 racing drones at World Final

A British teenager has won an incredible $250,000 at the World Drone prix in Dubai.

Luke Bannister placed first at the event, steering his drone through hoops around an outdoor track, all from a first-person perspective courtesy of a VR headset.

What’s more, Bannister – aged just 15 – trumped 150 other teams in order to claim his winnings.
