Bose has updated its range of professional and DJ speakers with the Bose L1 Model 1S and the B2 Bass Module.

Bose's range of audio products can roughly be split into two halves, consumer and professional. Both the Bose L1 Model 1S and B2 Bass Module fit into the pro side, designed for DJs, musicians and business owners. Or just those who love great big speakers.

The Bose L1 Model 1S features an array of 12 speakers, arranged to provide a 180 degree wall of sound in a relatively petite package. It's a lightly lower-end alternative to the L1 Model II system, which offers a whopping 24 speakers. It offers an input for the optional T1 ToneMatch device, which brings four inputs, letting it double as a basic mixer.

The Bose B2 Bass Module is designed to accompany L1-range systems, supplying that extra kick of power with its dual 10in woofer drivers.

Bose markets the L1 systems at performers looking to fill "small-to-medium venues", and their easy setup and relative portability makes them a decent choice for jobbing musicians. Both the Bose L1 Model 1S and the B2 Bass Module from Bose now.
