BlackBerry Q10 availability sees Three jump aboard the QWERTY train
BlackBerry Q10 availability has been improved, with UK network provider Three confirming that it will stock the QWERTY keyboard hosting BB10 device from today, May 14.
The latest UK network to jump aboard the BlackBerry 10 QWERTY train, Three joins the likes of Vodafone, O2 and Carphone Warehouse in stocking the dual-core, physical keyboard bragging sibling to the BlackBerry Z10.
“With lightning fast features such as Instant Action, allowing people to type and launch apps like Skype straight from the homescreen, the BlackBerry Q10 is the perfect addition to our Ultrafast network,” Sylvia Chind, Head of Devices at Three said.
She added: “With WhatsApp Messenger also available on BlackBerry 10, people can send friends as many messages as they like, making the most of Three’s all-you-can-eat data.”
Offering the BlackBerry Q10 on a £35 per month, 24 month contract with an upfront handset fee of £49, Three has confirmed that its Q10 price plans will see adopter pair their new handset with the Ultimate 500 tariff, a deal which offers all-you-can-eat data, 500 monthly minutes and 5,000 texts.
For those with higher usage needs, the BlackBerry Q10 is also available on Three’s One Plan, with the £37 per month deal providing users with a monthly allowance of 2,000 minutes, 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes and 5,000 texts. All-you-can-eat data is again thrown in for good measure.

Just the second BlackBerry 10 powered handset to make it to market, the BlackBerry Q10 is the first BB10 device to sport a physical keyboard, with the intuitive input option lining up alongside a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM.
Lining up at 10.4mm thick and 139 in weight ,the BlackBerry Q10 features list sees and 8-megapixel rear-mounted camera paired with a second, 2-megapixel snapper up front, and 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities.
Powered by a 2100mAh Lithium-Ion battery, the BlackBerry Q10 partners its QWERTY keyboard with a 3.1-inch touchscreen display, with the vibrant screen hosting a 720 x 720p HD resolution.
