BlackBerry KeyTwo (2018): Release date, rumours, specs, latest news and leaks
The BlackBerry KeyTwo (or BlackBerry Key 2?) could be inching closer to a release date, if a new leaked render is to be believed.
As is often the case, the photo comes to us via SlashLeaks, so we haven’t been able to independently verify its legitimacy – but it certainly looks the part.
If accurate, it looks like the BlackBerry KeyTwo will be getting a dual-camera setup on its back, which would be an upgrade from the KEYone’s single 12-megapixel rear snapper and more fitting for a 2018 flagship.
It also appears that TCL-owned BlackBerry will be retaining a physical 3.5mm headphone jack for the KeyTwo, and keeping the brand’s trademark physical QWERTY keyboard.
Here’s the image payload in full, unadulterated form.
The successor the last year’s BlackBerry KEYone is understood to be being developed under the codename ‘Athena’ and may be slightly slimmed down compared to last year’s model, if the leaked snaps are anything to judge by.
What we’re still none the wiser to is when the BlackBerry KeyTwo might arrive. The alleged press renders would seem to indicate that development of the KeyTwo is well underway, but we haven’t heard anything about a BlackBerry event yet – though the company confirmed at CES that we would be seeing new BlackBerry phones this year.

That’s all for now, but stay tuned, as these images are surely just the tip of the iceberg and we can expect many more leaks and rumours as the BlackBerry KeyTwo’s release date approaches.
