Batman: The Telltale Series launching this Summer

Telltale’s upcoming Batman series will be launching this August, with a physical release to follow in September.

For the first time, Warner Bros will be publishing a Telltale Game. The company has also confirmed it will publish The Walking Dead Season 3 due later this year.

The first episode in the caped crusader’s adventure will be available to download this August, with a Season Pass disc to follow on 16 September for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Telltale has confirmed this disc will contain only the first episode, with the next four available for download upon release.

Telltale’s Batman will focus on Bruce Wayne as he struggles to balance his personal life with that of his superhero alter-ego.

Wayne is portrayed by Troy Baker (The Last of Us, BioShock Infinite) while Travis Willingham and Laura Bailey take on the roles of Harvey Dent and Selina Kyle.

It’s a packed cast taking on an equally daunting universe, and we can’t wait to see how Telltale plans to tackle it.
