Assassin’s Creed Victory reveal happening May 12

The Assassin’s Creed Victory reveal is happening on May 12 at 5pm UK time.

Ubisoft has confirmed it will show off the next entry in the Assassin’s Creed series on Tuesday May 12 at 5pm BST.

If you want to tune in, there’s going to be a live stream on the New Assassin’s Creed website or over on YouTube too it seems.

All we’ve seen so far officially of the game is the above artwork and the rather brief teaser trailer below. Both simply show the usual hidden daggers of what we assume to be the Assassin’s Creed Victory protagonist, but also a glimmer of a new knuckle duster.

The world premiere we assume will confirm that the new entry to the series is called Assassin’s Creed Victory — as was confirmed late last year following some leaked artwork.

That artwork revealed that Assassin’s Creed Victory could be the first game to be set in London, which is something that AC fans have long wanted to see.

We assume the game will be released sometime in Q4 2015 and be set in Victorian London.

When the artwork was leaked, Ubisoft had this to say about it:

“It is always unfortunate when internal assets, not intended for public consumption, are leaked. And, while we certainly welcome anticipation for all of our upcoming titles, we’re disappointed for our fans, and our development team, that this conceptual asset is now public. The team in our Quebec studio has been hard at work on the particular game in question for the past few years, and we’re excited to officially unveil what the studio has been working on at a later date. In the meantime, our number one priority is enhancing the experience of Assassin’s Creed Unity for players.”
