Apple’s annual WWDC event will begin on June 13, with a keynote address likely to see the launch of iOS 10 and the next version of Mac OS X.
The company’s digital assistant Siri is sharing the information with iOS device holders.
The software-focused event is usually announced via official invites, but this year Apple is having Siri spill the beans.

9to5Mac points out the reveal is no accident. Earlier in the day, Siri was informing users “WWDC is not yet announced.”
In terms of what will be announced, Apple is expected to reveal the latest version of its iOS operating system for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
The company is also likely to debut this year’s Mac OS X, with recent speculation suggesting it may be known as macOS, henceforth.
