It looks like Apple is gearing up to refresh its range of iPods, as revealed by a new image found in the iTunes 12.2 update.
Once you’ve updated to the Apple Music-toting software, if you then plug in an iPod, you’re greeted by the aforementioned image.
Pictured are three new iPods in a range of new hues that don’t currently exist on the Apple Store.
There’s a dark blue iPod Touch, a gold iPod Nano, and a hot pink iPod Shuffle, suggesting Apple has new devices in the works.

It’s also worth noting that the iPod Touch doesn’t have a Touch ID fingerprint sensor in the home button. This may be a photoshop error, but it could also suggest Apple Pay support won’t feature in the next iPod hardware refresh.
This might suggest the new iPod will appear on the store before iOS 9 lands in autumn, or it could just be another photoshop gaffe.
Of course, it's tough to tell whether Apple has genuinely slipped up here, or if we're just looking at a bit of dodgy photoshopping. This one's open to debate, folks.
