Amazon will deliver Call of Duty Black Ops 3 at midnight in some cities
Amazon is promising midnight delivery of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on launch day in the United States next week.
Diehards in 20 cities across the nation can have this year’s edition delivered to their door without braving the wintry midnight launches at brick and mortar stores.
The opportunity comes through the firm’s Prime Now same-day delivery service, which also gives gamers the ability to stock up on munchies for the ensuing all-night CoD session.
The scheme will be limited to those trigger-happy gamers who pre-order from midnight on November 4.
It’s available in: Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Manhattan, Miami, Minneapolis, Orange County, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento, San Antonio, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle.
Gamers can pre-order and pre-download games enabling them to play as soon as it officially goes on sale, negating the need to grab the disc. Pre-downloads on the PS4 became available on Friday.

So, as Engadget points out, unless your internet connection is the pits, you may prefer to go the download route.
