Ultra Thin Disposable Phone Charger Launched

We have seen portable phone and MP3 chargers in all shapes and sizes in recent years, but this is a new one on us...

The 'Juicebar' is a charger with two key differences: it's flat as a pancake and it's disposable - just plug it in then throw it away. Each Juicebar will power a standard mobile phone battery with up to 60 minutes of talk time or 480 minutes standby.

Designed to be stored anywhere each Juicebar holds its charge for up to five years making it ideal for holiday homes, car glove boxes, suitcases, etc. What's more it's cheap too...

"Juicebar is a must-have emergency product," said William Studholme, director of Juicebar. "At just £2.99, it's a low price to pay for the convenience of being able to charge up your mobile phone wherever and whenever you need to, not to mention getting you out of sticky situations where that important call needs to be made."

Initially compatible with Nokia, Sony, Samsung, Motorola and Blackberry handsets and soon models from LG, Juicebars go on sale immediately from the company's website and come with a full five year guarantee.

They could have used one of those in the film I saw last night, Jurassic Park III. Most inconvenient to run out of phone battery power when a large dinosaur is trying to eat you. How many lemons does it take to make one of those then? http://www.youtube.com/watc...
