Hannspree's Hannsnote netbook may be so late to the game that its already gone through extra time and into a penalty shoot out, but we won't hold that against it. Apparently the company is going to "penetrate the mini notebook market with a range of designer mini notebooks." Apparently the next logical step having also bullied its way into the TV, monitor and digital photo frame markets.
Designer at least as far as the Hannsnote is concerned, apparently means either glossy 'piano' black or 'ice' white. Otherwise we're in the same 1.6GHz Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM and 160GB hard drive region with which we're all so familiar.
Ethernet, Draft-N Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity will surprise nobody. A 10in, 1,024 x 600 pixel display is just about the polar opposite of revolutionary. Hannspree is planning to launch the Hannsnote range in June at £289 (inc VAT) if you really fancy one.
