Hugo, i have been waiting for this month's paycheck before purchasing the new WD Mybook world edition for £129.00 - as always TR likes to make things difficult (in a good way) by adding more choice to the equation. As a simple NAS device for backup and accessing movie files via the PS3, does it not really matter which device i choose here (WD or EZY) or would you recommend one over the other? Shot for the added headache though! :) Ps. good review..

I prefer the looks of the MyBook, and Western Digital is a better known brand if that's important to you. Otherwise, just see which you can get cheapest at the point you actually go to buy :)

@JonWill: Buy a Buffalo HS-DH500GL 500GB Linkstation on ebuyer, follow the instructions below: you'll have a (fairly) silent SqueezeCenter server for 75 quid.
Adding SqueezeCenter to your Linkstation:

OK - so here's a tricky question - does anyone know whether this will run Squeezecenter so that this can act as a server for Logitech Squeezeboxes? Need something like this so that the PC does not need to be on all the time ...
