If you experiance drop outs then firmware upgrades may be available via Zoom's website: http://www.zoom.com/techsupport/drivers_firmware_manuals.html

I bought this for the girlfriend's house, but gave up trying to use it in the end.
The whole network seemed to disappear periodically for around a couple of minutes at a time, whether the connected device was wired or wirelss,and for no explanation re-appeared.
