We bought four of these white y-cam and use them in three different offices. One y-cam was sort of blurry and since there is no adjustable focus its still a little blurry. The other three are sharp. They work as advertised and produce a much better image than using a web cam. The multilive software was also easy to setup and use. The great thing about multilive is even if the internet connection goes down, once back up the multilive software will reconnect to the camera automatically. The multilive software is very stable. One negative thing about the multilive software is when you enter the camera settings for the first time, press save, you need to exit the software once to keep the settings. If you just shutdown the PC without exiting multilive you lose your settings. Once you exit the software once, then you can shutdown the pc with multilive running and the camera settings are still saved when you open multilive.
The y-cam are great values and I highly recommend it. There is no other network web cam in their price range.

This camera is pants! The software - even with the latest firmware is fussy & unpredictable with an unstable network connection (i've tried it on 4 different networks to be sure). The image is also rubbish, regardless of which settings are altered it is impossible to get an acceptable picture - and yes, that is even taking into account the price of the camera. Do yourself a favour - spend a bit extra and save yourself lots of pain by buying a DECENT camera from a DECENT company that does what it's supposed to do.
