Freecom Network MediaPlayer 350 WLAN 500GB Comments

I have a mediaplayer 350 WLAN which was given to me by my daughter as a gift. I have had it for nearly a year and now the power button doe's not turn the player on,. There is power going through as the blue light flash's when I plug in my USB cord. So is there a place, or a store in New Zealand that i can take it too so they could have a look at repairing it. There is a power button on the remote control that should also switch it on. I believe the unit has a one year warranty so it may be worth contacting Freecom directly if it needs to be repaired.
