It's definitely picky with borderline 802.11g signals, sometimes cutting out like you describe. I upgraded my wireless router to an 802.11n job and the Squeezebox has been perfect since then. Presumably the increased signal strength did the trick!

I purchased my squeezebox duet at the beging of July 08 when it works properly it is very good. Unfortunatly it does not do this very often. It keeps cutting out on both music playback and internet radio. E-mails to Logitec have not generated any respons.
The company I purchased the system from have requested a returns code from Logitec, we are still awating their reply. Due to the lack of response from Logitec I would not give a very hi rating for this product.
