Is it possible to get something like this with a DVD drive? Or maybe attach an external one to one of these?

I have just gotten an Xtreamer device, also I have a tvix6500, and use my ps3 for some viewing, the xtreamer is the best €120.00 euros I have spent in a long time, google it.
