For over a year now I've been using an N95 8Gb, Salling Clicker, iTunes and two Airport Expresses for a totally immersive synchronised music solution. £100 all-in the lot and remote controlled music in three rooms. Add my son's laptop into the mix and we can have different music streaming into different rooms too.
I'm not criticising the Sonos solution, but just pointing out that there is always more than one way to skin a cat!

What an inspired move. People have been crying out for a touch sensitive Sonos controller since it was released and this saves them the effort and (after the first software update) will even mean the initial setup on a PC is not required. I seriously wonder if Sonos have done a deal with Apple as there will be absolutely no reason to buy their controller when you can get an iPhone/iPod Touch for less.

This is, indeed, very worthwhile. It nearly justifies my buying an iPod Touch.
I wonder if they'll release similar software for Android.
It'd be good to see it on BlackBerry's upcoming Storm (except that has no Wi-Fi according to my research - which had me quoting Blackadder, 'I think the phrase rhymes with "Clucking Bell"').
