Thank you very much Mr Andrews! This article came just in time for me to grab some new headphones for my shiny new Archos 5.

Lars and Benny who used to work here at TR both wore glasses and both swore by the Porta Pros, so I guess the answer is yes :)

I'm a part-time specs wearer myself, and I can confirm that the Porta Pros fit neatly under my own glasses. I find them very comfortable. Stu.

Great feature I would like to see the same done for other price ranges. I am currently looking for a set around the 100 mark and as yet am undecided.

I'd like to find some headphones that are long hair friendly.

I've been listening music with a help of Porta Pros for 6 years (i think). Not a single hitch.

porta pros are great sounding, but is it just me or do the cushion pads wear out easily? Both mine and a mates have had the same issue arise in relatively quick time...

I have said BeyerDynamic DT-231 headphones and you're not missing much. They're really really comfy, but the sound is pretty poor (all highs and lows) and the build quality is terrible (any movement of your jaw sends amplified creaking sounds into the ears).

The Koss PortaPro's are a fantastic little set of headphones, I had a pair for years before I upgraded to some Grado's.
My wife now uses the PortaPro's and absolutely loves them paired with her Sansa Fuze.
I'd quite happily recommend to anyone for that price.

I'm a long-term PX100 user and absolutely love them. They've recently redesigned the plug which seems to have improved their durability - I tended to kill the old ones within a year due to snagging the cable. The only thing I'd change is the style, they do look a little goofy.

Help! Are pages 4-5 of the review no longer available? I need them...
Same issue with the mid-range headphones roundup.

Would I be right to consider the Koss phones good for me as a specs wearer?
