Microsoft need to be organized.
Why not take Zune and MSN Music and merge them together. What I mean is take advantages of both worlds to make something even more interesting that can actually compete. Moreover, they should merge Windows Media Player with the Zune theme. We only need 1 software/web site. They can easilly make the Zuen store work on a web browser and on the Zune software.

Besides which, within the minds of anyone reading this article (or similar ones) is a little voice which says: "Nah, I'll stick with Spotify". At which point we lose all interest :).
