Wasn't 'Former IBM executive and chip guru Mark Papermaster' in the process of being sued by IBM in a bid to stop him taking the position at Apple?
Really, if Steve Jobs thought he could relax this christmas and unwrap his brand new black, wooly turtleneck in peace he sould think again.

@Hallainzil - now and again, but in this case specifically Apple has come out and made a statement about something I was getting quizzed about fairly regularly so I thought: two birds, one stone ;)
