No word on price yet? I'll hazard a guess that it'll be more expensive than similar models with only USB 2.0 and SATA II. I'm surprised they didn't roll out these features on one of their X58 boards though, since that's the premium platform so people are always willing to pay more for these sorts of things to stay ahead of the curve. Although I'm sure just one more model to add to their existing P55 line-up of *eleven*, one at every conceivable price point, wouldn't hurt.

It's probably not worth throwing out a perfectly good motherboard for though, since there aren't any USB 3.0 devices on the market and most people are still using conventional HDDs.

This board takes the range up to 14...:P

Pricing is currently being established and should be released quite soon. There will be an X58 board that supports USB 3.0 but not until later this year. :)

i'll stick to my ssd, usb2 and quad-core for the time being... still good to run win7 64bit and play crisis nicely
