Very, very interesting. Just checked this monitor out on the site and I am loving what I'm seeing. $389 for a 24 inch monitor with 16:9 aspect!
Just one thing that puzzles me:
"the S2409W also comes with an HDMI output with support for HDCP as well as DVI-D and the aged venerable VGA which refuses to die."
Under connectivity on the site however it says:
"Digital Visual Interface - Digital (DVI-D) with High Definition Content Protection (HDCP)
Video Graphics Array (VGA)"
No mention of HDMI. Am I missing something here?

@GherkinG: Are there any 24" 1920x1080 IPS panels availible for dell to use?
If you want a 24" IPS then there is a new HP one coming out, it's not particulaly pretty but if they can get everything else right I'll certainly not mind.

Re: Jay.
Do you mean the site shows HDMI also. Because here is what I am seeing, look under connectivity
