Voice Control Coming to iPhone OS 3.0? Comments

I really would like to see the "jacket" this OS 3.0 is going to wear in June, all sounds so promising. IF, and only IF the new iPhone is not restricted to a network then I may buy myself one (if the package is satisfying enough to my liking that is)
