LG Touchscreen TV Phone Hits Europe

Could this be the latest challenger to the iPho... no, it's something else completely.
The LG 'KB770' is a TV centric touchscreen handset which looks set to escape this trite comparison by incorporating a DVB-T receiver making it more for live TV fans than those obsessed with everything iTunes.
The handset has been bounced around the web for some time too with its main specs well known (400 x 240 pixel 3in screen, HSDPA, 3MP camera with autofocus, stereo Bluetooth, microSD) but for such a seemingly large handset it is also relatively pocket friendly measuring just 108 x 54 x 13mm and weighing a mere 109g.

On the downside you'll be missing a few basics like the yes-I-know-the-Storm-didn't-but-that-doesn't-make-it-cool WiFi as well as another growing semi-smartphone/not-altogether-dumbphone defacto: GPS. You will also not be the happiest of couch potatoes to learn that it will only be available in Germany - at least initially, for a hefty sim free RRP of 449 euros.
Personally it is dubious whether the LG KB770 will do enough to get a carrier launch in the notoriously difficult UK market (just ask E-TEN) while the receiver would also need to switch to DVB-H, but that shouldn't be a problem.
That aside, are we excited people? I'm guessing probably not...

I struggle to get DVB reception on my 45Db amplified, 2x 2 metre and loop antenna, how is that tiny thing going to get any watchable reception?
