3 To Design & Manufacture Own Brand Handsets Comments

Interesting, obviously like you say they wont be "bleeding edge" phones at that price but they may come up with some good ideas that probably should be standard for the budget phone market? Like 3.5mm headphone jacks as standard or mini USB jacks as standard so they can be used as USB Modems?

Would be good as well if they polled exsisting customers as well to see what they REALLY want on their phones

The Skypephone looked a really attractive proposition to me especially being able to use it as a broadband dongle.
Already having mobile broadband with 3 and now shopping around for a new phone contract i was disappointed to find that the phone and the broadband cannot be integrated into one account. You can buy an add-on to the phone package for broadband but not integrate an existing broadband package. I think 3 are missing an opportunity here.
