Nokia – like Motorola – is a perfect example of one of those companies that once couldn’t do anything wrong and now can’t do anything right. Here’s another example why...

After Apple, LG and Samsung made headlines this year with their stunning full screen, touchscreen handsets Nokia has come up with the visual eye cancer that is the ‘7373 Special Edition’. (Perhaps ironically) dubbed a fashion phone, the handset claims to have enlisted the (now tarnished) style credentials of Giambattista Valli who clearly thought Scarlett Johansen but ended up more Paris Hilton.

The naffness of the exterior is matched by an equally tepid interior too with a 2MP camera (soooo 2006, darling), EDGE connectivity (sooooo 2005, sweetie) and only music playback (2004, tut tut). At least Nokia has the decency to bundle the wretched package with a 2GB microSD card.

The 7373 Special Edition will is prepped for a March launch and sports a chunky 280 euro price tag. Expect Ali G to be outfitting his groupies with them as we speak.
