hey andrew
i have a HTC TOUCH, i am 16 years old and i find my phone easy to use. it doesnt take long getting use to and it has all the features you're after. texting and searching the web is easy with the touch keyboard but like i said, it takes some getting use to. the music player is good and there is nothing wrong with the headphones that come with it, they're just as good as any other mobile headphones on the market. the phone comes with a very handy manual that helped me alot. my HTC is easy to use and loads of fun !

Dear Riyad I am a recreational pilot and have been using a HP-ipod and independent GPS receiver loaded with memory map as part of my navigational aids. I met a bloke in Switzerland this weekend who had it all on a HTC touch mobile phone which was space age stuff to me. I was very impressed and would like something similar. After reading your review on the HTC touch and only understanding half of it could you please advice me on a short list of phones to consider. I am basically PC illiterate and require a simple and user friendly phone. My wish list would be Phone, camera, texting and integrated GPS (only as i assume it would save on batteries). Bear in mind i do not have a clue how to access the internet or send an e-mail using my existing phone. I hope you can point me in the right direction.
