I've had a play with both and in my opinion, the Bold is better than the Storm. The Bold has WiFi, a key feature for any business or high-end handset.

The touch screen on the Storm, though good, is no iPhone. I found it quite tiring to keep having to press in on the screen for each key and I expect that people who write a lot of messages may suffer from RSI. It's also much more difficult to type with your fingers than your thumbs, unlike the iPhone/iPod Touch.

hmmm, i think i'll give the Bold a go on O2 and see how I get along...thanks for the info Orinj...still think it's a poor effort not putting WiFi in the Storm.
